Refund policy
All jewelry sales are final. If a jewelry item arrives broken, please reach out to us using the contact page as soon as possible to resolve your concerns. We may repair or offer an exchange or credit on a case by case basis. Any shipping charges incurred during repair or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-jewelry items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and all items must be returned. Once received and reviewed for condition, we will process a refund excluding shipping.
